Visualise and compare your sequences in their biological context
Access to a complete microbial reference database, including KEGG metabolic data
Import and export of GenBank and fasta file
Interactive visualization tools, producing eye-catching graphics for your reports
A full range of interconnected and interactive viewers, including expression data mapping on genomic maps and pathways
The Genostar Browser, composed of GenoBrowser and/or PathwayBrowser, is our entry level to the world of easy bioinformatics. It runs locally on your own computer, and allows you to display your sequences in their genomic or metabolic context. It contains all visualization features of the complete Genostar Suite, without its exploring tasks. Through the Genostar Suite Browser, you can access to a complete reference database, hosted on our servers: without any maintenance, you get all annotations from NCBI Taxonomy, RefSeq (NCBI), UniProtKB, Enzyme, KEGG and Gene Ontology, all of them connected and quarterly updated. It is perfect for the bioanalyst who needs powerful visualization and comparative tools but does not need to conduct expert bioinformatics research.
