Genetic Network Analyzer (GNA) is a computer tool for the modelling and simulation of gene regulatory networks. The aim of GNA is to assist biologists and bioinformaticians in constructing a model of a gene regulatory network and analysing its dynamical behaviour in a qualitative way.

Innovative aspects

GNA allows the dynamics of a gene regulatory network to be analysed without quantitative information on parameter values.

Principal application domain

GNA has been used for the analysis of microbial regulatory networks, in fundamental and applied research.

Licence

GNA is available under annual or perpetual licences. It is also available as a plugin for Genostar Suite.

GNA is free for academics.
