Our multidisciplinary team consists of highly specialized biologists and bioinformatics. • annotation or re-annotation of your sequenced genomes
• prediction and manual refinement of the coding regions in your sequences
• comparison of your DNA sequences with others of your choice to identify specific regions, both for assembled genomes and for sets of contigs
• automatic transfer of annotations between conserved regions and manual annotation of unique, specific regions
• mapping and assembly of a set of contigs using a reference sequence
• computation of homology relationships between CDSs by calculating sequence similarity
• prediction of gene product functions and, more specifically
• prediction of enzymatic functions with dedicated, Genostar-developed algorithms
