We offer custom bioanalysis services tailored to your requirements. As such we complement your in-house research capacity with the know-how of our bioinformatics experts.
The main modalities of our services are:
- Data: Relevant data is integrated and customized. Your proprietary data is treated confidentially.
- Software: Relevant modules of Genostar's powerful software suite are used to perform the data manipulations and analysis.
- Results: are provided as data files which can be explored using Genostar's PathwayBrowser or GenoBrowser, depending on the nature of the service. The use of these browsers is included in the cost of service.
- Milestones are established with you to validate each step and ensure that your requirements are being met. At each milestone written reports are created which can be discussed by telephone.
- Service cost varies according to: the length and probable specificities of your genome sequence, the number and length of the contigs, the availability of a fully annotated reference sequence
