Training 'Genetic networks interactions: model, simulate and validate'
Objective
Molecular interactions determine the dynamics of cellular systems. Mathematical modeling permits to understand/ decipher these dynamics, using knowledge on discrete interactions as a starting point.
During these two days you will be trained in the fundamentals of mathematical modeling as well as the principles of the construction and simulation of models. You will complete the modeling, simulation and validation of a small project using Genostar's dedicated software (Genetic Network Analyzer).
Program
Day 1:
- data and knowledge (concepts?) related to molecular interactions
- boolean and qualitative models
- systems for differential equations
- identification of parameters
Day 2:
- construction of a dynamic model
- simulation of interactive genetic network
- introduction to use of GNA ® software
- validation of dynamic model with expression data
Public
Industrials, researchers and students.
Pedagogy
- each group will consist of max 12 participants
